I always order from here. One time I drop one of two extra large pizza. We can't eat it so i went back and ask to buy another... one. They offer me the same one, free of charge because it was drop on the floor and we couldn't eat it. I have to say thepeople there works hard and care about customers. Very good people. Read more
This might be a longer review, but it's worth reading - I promise. I'm a freshman year student at MSU, and because I live on... the east side of campus I've always had Domino's Pizza on Grand River Avenue as my go-to pizza delivery place. I ordered twopizzas one night, and after the app had said that my order was being prepared for an hour straight, I called the store to checkon the status. They were quick to apologize for the inconvenience, and informed me that they were not only short-staffed, butalso the computer system for their online orders stopped working, and their delivery driver's car broke down. I told them theirapology was not needed, and they would be getting my business again soon. They refunded my order and gave me a $20 in-storecredit coupon for my next order, and they said that next time I could use that as cash upon delivery. Everything was so quickand easy. I was able to order the same thing a few nights later when I was hungry with a friend, and when they realized it wasme who was ordering, they threw in an extra pizza, free of charge. The folks at the Domino's on Grand River Avenue deserve theworld. They are hard workers, problem solvers, and always keep in mind what is in the best interest of their customers. Ordered two pizzas and some bread bites for delivery the other day and there ended up being a mistake, I didn?t get the proper... pizza. I called the store, wondering if I might be able to rectify the situation somehow, and the guy on the phone wasincredibly friendly and nice about it. He had another pizza made, along with some cinnamon twists, and sent it out on a deliveryto me for free! I definitely did not expect that but was incredibly grateful for the generosity! Just order a cheese pizza, or select a different store location... This specific Domino's can't make an order as specified. ... They never make an order to the correct specifications (so you're just paying more money for extra toppings) & the delivery timeis awful compared to ANY other place. Just order Marco's Pizza. They make your order correctly at least. Read more
