I used to love ordering from hungry Howie's Pizza. Always got a great deal on pizza. And because I don't always order from the... exact same location I would confirm the location based upon local landmarks. Now that they have the central ordering systemnobody knows where the hell any of the locations actually are. They give you an address but they don't actually know whetherit's near frandor any slanting or in Lansing or wherever it is actually located. They also got rid of their medium pizza twotopping meal deal. So instead of $7 it's now $14! Completely absurd. On top of that it would take me repeating myself multipletimes before the person taking my order seem to be capable of fulfilling the order. I have actually hung up the phone on theperson from whom I was ordering because they answer simple questions. Read more
I literally had to come on here to write a review because I was shocked when I got my delivery order. I usually hate doing... delivery orders, because I am a person who loves super hot food and usually microwave delivery food when it gets to me. To mysurprise, this order was hot, super fresh and it looked fabulous. Okay, so on to taste?. The flatbread pizza and stuffed baconbread my husband and I ordered was made to PERFECTION. I literally was a weirdo and called up to the pizza shop to tell the nicewoman that it was one of the best pizza and breads we have ever had. Ever. She had made it herself I wish I had caught hername!!!! I know she said it when she picked up the phone, but I was too excited to tell her about our pizza experience I don?tremember it now. I received coupons from this specific location with their address on it. I called a few days later to use one of the coupons and... the lady on the phone said she cannot accept the coupon because it has not been set up in their system. She was very rude when Iasked to speak to a manager, she said that she was the manager and there is nothing she is going to do for me as she tried torush me off the phone. Why would you mail out coupons if you are not going to accept them and then get annoyed when a customercalls trying to redeem one? Read more
I ordered my food at 10:30pm and never received it. I called 2 check on order and they were already closed. So the next day I... called for a refund and ALEX seemed to be so inconvenienced by it.. was very short and told me to call back in 30 min and thathe wouldn?t be able to call me back because they might be ?too busy?? just like how they were too busy to deliver my food that IPRE-PAID FOR. This Hungry Howies is by far one of the best I have ever been to. They were very understaffed when I went but none the less... these guys pulled through. James was the one who greeted me so politely and was single handle making the pizza and taking theorders. These guys are absolutely amazing and need raises ASAP.
