I ordered the mix and match deal and when I arrived I was told I can?t use my discount by the general manager, that I always... receive. I complied and received my food and left. When I got home I opened my bread and this is what they gave me. They burntthe cinnamon and the bread and still allowed it to be serve. Updating my review...this Hungry Howie's used to be my favorite, but has definitely been dropping the ball lately. I got the... wrong toppings on my pizza after ordering over the phone a few months ago. Recipt even showed the correct toppings I wassupposed to get. I was understanding though. I used to work in a restuarant on a pizza line and things get crazy. So I emailedthem through their website explaining the mix up, and was wondering if they would replace the pizza or offer a discount for afuture one. I never got a reply. I ordered again recently and the food jus and tasted different. Not as good as it used to. AndI felt like there weren't as many toppings as there used to be. Best Hungry Howies in the area! Read more
This was my first time picking up for my family at this location. That being said, it will be my last. I waited 20 minutes for a... pizza that was already in the warmer. The woman behind the counter asked me not once, not twice, but three times what the namefor my order was. She never gave me an ETA. She then fussed around and couldn?t find out order. The man in the kitchen told herto check the top shelf and wow, the box that had been there the whole time I was waiting, was my box. She tried me with the ?oh,it just got here.? No no no. Good place never seem to have a problem and I visit often, pizza is always cooked right.
This more of a rating for Hungry Howies in general. The staff are usually always good. However you can tell the quality of the... ingredients has gone down hill. They put less cheese on and seem to double up on sauce instead. Crust is usually dry andhard. Also when ordering online it says you need a minimum of 10$ to get it delivered. That?s a crock in my opinion. I try touse my free rewards pizza and then add a other item for 9.99. After taxes and the ? delivery fee ? and it comes to 17+$?. So9.99 turns into 17$+ yet because I picked a item that was 9.99 it won?t work?.. PURE GREED AND TERRIBLE BUSINESS. YOU RUIN ITFOR YOUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS. Charge 4.99 for a delivery fee? yet it doesn?t cover your employees car insurance, mileage orgas ! They get none of it ? Marcos, jets, dominos, cottage inn all have far better pizza people.
