placed the order at 1:15, said it would be ready by 1:30, i got there at 1:35. i call to get my curbside order taken out to me... and he tells me to come in because they have a ton of orders. i walk in, two servers, walk out of the bathroom, look at me, andwalk away. The restaurant it?s not super busy, and there is only one order sitting where the pick up orders are by the backdoor. I stood by the back door and waited for five minutes. Many people passed by me, so I went to the front. It took anotherfive minutes for someone to see me there. Keep in mind there are waitresses all around me in this moment. The waiter end uptelling me that the order will be done by the back door, so I go stand back there again and wait 20 minutes. Another woman comesin and is waiting for her order as well. She gets her order before I do, I am still waiting. I hear what I assume to be themanager finally say something to the cooks, and they actually started my order at 1:45. I mean I work in food, so I understandwhen things are just wrong that day, and if that was the case, and I didn?t realize it, then that?s different. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait. This was fine, a lot of people were waiting. We steadily kept seeing people before us... leave without eating and thought that was odd. After 40 minutes we asked and they said it would be a 30 minute wait. We asked ifthat was on top of the 40 we already waited. They said yes at least since they're not even seating people. I wish they wouldhave been up front in the beginning instead of keeping people waiting knowing they weren't going to serve us. When you order curbside pickup, it tells you what time to be there. I got there and called the number and they let it... continuously ring so I walked in and told them i was here and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. I asked for updates 3 timesand was told they would check for me each time and I heard nothing back. Finally, I got the order in a tied-up bag and went homeonly to find that they were missing two of my items. I ordered three different things. I call to tell them and go get the restof my order. I get home AGAIN only to find they didn't give me any syrup. Don't waste your time. They don't care. Read more

I placed an order using the mobile App for Curbside Pickup. When I arrived I tried calling 4 times. Each time the phone rang for... extended periods of time, but the calls were never answered. I finally went inside and discovered my order was still at thefront counter, even though the App indicate my order was ready. It took 1 hr for me to finally get my order. Apparently one ofthe waitresses orders were repeatedly not being properly prepared by the kitchen staff. There was a lot of arguing and itemswere thrown around. As the waitress was leaving the restaurant, one of the other waitresses made a cynical remark to her. It wasapparent the wait-staff were overworked and the atmosphere was very toxic. 1 Item from my order was missing, which has happenedbefore. We brought our 1 year old here thinking it would be a nice lunch for us. We were wrong. We waited 15 minutes to be seated which... we were 100% understanding of being that it was a Saturday on Labor Day weekend. We were seated and waited 20 minutes forsomeone to come take our order. Then we sat there for another 20 mins before we got our drinks. Then another 30 went went bywithout our food. We finally said forget it and got up to pay for our drinks and leave, since our 1 year old was beginning tohave a meltdown having waited over an hour past lunch time. The waitress said the food was ready and that she would put it into-go containers. I said okay and she brought it out very quickly, I paid and we left. I started feeding my daughter in the caronly to realize 2 things: 1) the food was cold and eggs were crusty on top indicating they had sat out for a very long time, and2) there was a hair in the food which was like adding insult to injury. I can?t believe they still charged me full price forthis! I probably won?t be going back here or to any ihop again. Read more

Good service. The waitress was super nice when we pointed out the hair in our food. We were so distracted by it, that we didn't... realize she brought the wrong order from the kitchen to begin with. Everything was corrected quickly and quietly and we wereable to enjoy our meal. Read more

Food was good and good size helpings. Only one waitress working. She was hustling but definitely needed help. Several tables... had used dishes sitting on them. Not attractive but maybe a supervisor needs to come out and help clear tables. The waitresswas the only employee we saw. No idea how many working in the kitchen. Kudos to the waitress for her efforts. Read more

Horrendous experience.They wouldnt let place a phone order(couldnt order chicken tenders online)manager said they were short... staffed .I ordered online for curbside pickup,when I arrived I called multiple times they didnt answer the phones.So I had to goinside,At this time there was literally a single customer at the restaurant.Waited 15 minutes for food to be ready after pickuptime. Over easy eggs were overcooked.Chocolate pancakes were undercooked.Complete waste of time and money. Read more
