So let me start off by saying that the quality of the cookies is incredible. I?ve had all of their permanent deluxe cookies and... they are always great quality. My deduction of a star comes from this particular location. The most recent time I went in there(12/3/22) the girl working behind the counter was clearly high as a kite. The location also did not have their seasonal/limitededition cookies even though they advertised having them online and IN THE STORE. I highly recommend their deluxe chocolatechunk, deluxe salted caramel, and deluxe confetti. All amazing. Soft and gooey on the inside and crispy on the outside. I waited an hour and a half to receive a 6 cookie delivery (which i placed at 8:45, not an unreasonable time) when I live 5... minutes away. Customer service at the time was terrible, not helpful, and hung up on me the first time I tried to call. It wasnot until I called 12 hours later that a representative actually respected and understood my situation. I would not recommendordering from this location to anyone. Read more
This place was so good! And the people working there were super nice. You will not be disappointed in their cookies. The cookies... were served nice and warm even almost at closing time! I didn?t even have time to take a pic of the cookies cause they weresoooo good. Reasonably priced too! Read more
Cookies are very delicious and soft and melty! Unfortunately that makes them nearly impossible to dip in the frosting without... getting super messy. I hope you'll start including forks and napkins but I have no regrets! Read more
Warm cookies that taste fantastic. What else needs to be said. Try the Deluxe cookies &/or the icing (icing great for the sugar... cookies and others cookies). My favorite cookie is the Salted Carmel. It's amazing!!! Hope this cookie becomes a regularthing. I park across the street. Also, place order online. Parking ends up costing me nothing. I'm out of the delivery area.However, well worth the drive. Some customers are upset over the prices. Please remember the store is sitting on prime restate,plus over head cost. Read more

Ordered cookies to be delivered at noon today for my son?s birthday. I received an email saying there was a delivery issue and... to please call. Attempted to call the number multiple times during the day and after being on hold for a few minutes the phonewould disconnect. Finally just got through and the call center clerk indicated it was NOT a delivery issue but rather was astore issue. The store was not able to make cookies. If they had communicated properly and timely I could have placed anorder with another bakery to honor my son on his birthday. Disappointing and terrible customer service Read more
