The sandwiches I ordered were made "freaky fast". The employee at the counter made the suggestion of ordering my daughter the... smaller size sandwich (smaller than the 6") which I appreciated. The food was good. Kind of sloppily constructed, but I wasable to fix that in the car so that I could eat while driving without it being too messy. This is the 3rd JJ's location I'vebeen to in the past month. It ranks 2/3 (Kalamazoo being 1/3 and Portage, MI being 3/3). Will return, as this location isconvenient! Read more
Quick and easy, even though they had a growing line. That made it hard to leave. Lol staff was friendly and saw I used a... birthday free sandwich so they wished me happy birthday. Very cool of them. I got the 14 boss got the 4. Both thought it wasgood. Read more
Like most of the lansing area jimmy johns this one regularly fails to deliver a quality product, they screw up my online orders,... and its a pain to have them fix it. The delivery range is horrible. This place is a nightmare for ordering delivery. They took away online ordering and every time I call I either get a busy... signal or someone puts me on hold and never picks back up. Not great for MSU employees, as the other jimmy johns won't deliverto campus. Read more
At the Hannah plaza location in East Lansing Michigan. I ordered 2 subs on the phone at 1132am today for delivery. Nothing said... to me about an long wait time.. I called to check on order at 1220, I was then told only 2 delivery drivers and that it was onits way. Called again @ 1pm and was told it was going to be there any minute. And at 119 finally cancelled order after beingtold there was still 8 deliveries in front of me. Nobody cared about the service I was receiving. Every phone call I madenobody even cared or apologized.
