Seriously....train your employees how to answer the phones. This is the second time I've ordered over the phone and both times,... two different employees answer the phone with just "hello?". They do have fast service. For the price I paid for a small sandwich I would have expected a little better quality. The bread is... awful, you can't really tell if it's stail because it's so hard. If you want to chew a sandwich for days this is definitely yourplace! The cookie was hard as a rock. Y'all might want to pull them, I don't think they are any good. But the date says gooduntil August 2023! That's 9 months from now, who keeps cookies for 9 months?! No telling when they had been made. This wouldn'tbe my first choice for a good quality sub. But I was in a rush and needed something fast. I do give a 5 star to the guy takingmy order. He was friendly but he talks very light and it was hard to hear him. He needs to speak up. Ordered pick up, they never clicked "ready for pick up", arrived 50 minutes later asked for a refund, was told repeatedly, "your... order was ready" was I supposed to be psychic and know you didn't click "ready for pickup"? Managers attitude was terrible,treated me like it was my fault. Read more
I would say they are definitely pretty quick. They do seem to be faster if you order in person then on the app, the ingredients... are always fresh and the sandwiches are always delicious. Read more

This place doesn't actually deliver anymore and is blocking me from locations that would just by existing. For months now this... location hasn't had a delivery driver when I try to order. Sometimes they even forget to turn off ordering in their system, Iget excited, then no delivery actually happens. I used to get delivery just fine from the location on Harrison. When I do figureI'll get up and go get my sandwiches myself. The store looks like they are already closed. The lights are half off in thebuilding and there is no music or atmosphere that draws you in. Fix This!!
