I was calling to get my food delivered to my work and was speaking with a woman who was unbelievably rude. I asked her if she... could drop off my food in the back of the building because my co workers had told me that they were able to do that. Sheproceeded to tell me that they don?t do that and told me she would ? cancel my order if i didn?t stop arguing!? I had asked tospeak to a manager and she told me she was the manager. I went into their store, look up at the TV with their menu and order the #1 which has ham and cheese as the ingredients listed... next yo it. I get it and check, and it has mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes on it too. I ask them and tell them that it only had thatnext to it on the menu, and instead of being understanding and redoing it with just ham and cheese, they send when of theiremployees out to find where it says it comes with that. He spends over a minute and finally finds it on the far left side of themenu from where what I ordered was. After this, they still did nothing. The staff was clearly just college kids with littleknowledge on customer service. Would not recommend going under any circumstances. Read more
If zero stars was an option I would definitely rate it that way. These folks are horrible to work with and overall super slow... and not great. They screw up orders and the food is not always a good price. Read more
Zero stars, no way to order. Can't order online for this location so I called in, but the phone rang endlessly...called a... different location and they wouldn't deliver to my address ??????? seen other reviewers posting photos of their phones off thehook, I guess this Jimmy John's doesn't plan to be around very long...P.S. no I won't share my feedback to the location's owner,do it yourself... Disappointing location. I made a mistake on my online order so I immediately called the store to request that it be changed (I... order a Billy Club but meant to order a Beach Club). They assured me it would be fine and they would make the change. When I gotthere, my order included a Billy Club and no Beach Club. Two of the employees were on their phones the whole time, the personthat helped me was visibly annoyed the moment I walked in. The bread was ULTRA HARD, something I have never encountered at aJimmy John's (like it had both been baked to long and then left out). By far the worst service from a Jimmy John's. Read more
Ordered for delivery. Paid over the phone. Waited 46 min for delivery that never came. Called. No answer. Walk in to phone off... hook and no customers in store. Disappointed. Read more
