Manager should not be a manager, I was only given an order of fries in my bag when going through the drive through, and then... went in immediately after and had to wait like 10 more mins to get someone?s attention, and she proceeds to tell me there is noway we just put fries in your bag I was like yes you did she?s like no we didn?t and throws the bag at me, extremelyunprofessional. The girl asked me if i had 2 fries in my order WHICH I DID HAVE 2 Fries so I SAID YES!!!! and i looked in the bag so i said... actually no we didn?t have just 2 fries we had more than that. She was completely rude and asked me ?why would you say yes ifthat?s not your order you?re a grown adult correct?? you are a grown adult working at mcdonald?s. this girl was unprofessionaland rude and should be fired. if you had a bad day leave it at the door. you do not EVER take it out on your costumers. everyonewas unprofessional and rude. How do you guys not have ice coffee "brewed" by 7:00 am? That is ridiculous. You are open 24 hours and at 7:00 am you don't have... iced coffee ready? Mr. Owner, maybe you should have more than two hungover college flunkies opening your restaurant in themorning. Your store sucks and I never plan on coming back. Your staff is rude and slow. Been to better McDonald's but if you have extra time to kill then this location is s perfect. The wait times for drive thru and... dine in is usually 15+ minutes. This location does however have a second story dining area withe views of local business in eastLansing and decorations of msu interior. Read more
Food is of a consistent quality. Service continues to lag post-pandemic. A common problem is that food isn't ready and one must... "pull ahead" to wait (ie, no longer fast). Making matters worse is that those who are not directed to a parking spot, oftendon't pull up far enough, such that those behind either can't get to the window and/or have to back up to go around. Employeesappear unwilling to speak to those drivers, leaving that burden to customers to speak up or await a stalemate when cars behindbox you in. Read more
Ridiculously slow service. Ordered a simple quarter pounder meal, and it took 11 minutes. They pulled me forward for it, along... with 4 other cars. The food was fairly fresh but at maxz there should only be a 4-5 minute wait on fast food. Read more
15 min. to get 3 cheeseburgers??? Had to go in to get them, tried to rationalize it by thinking "they'll HAVE to be hot and... fresh"... nope, unmelted cheese, cold bun, not well cooked onions and the burgers themselves were luke warm at best. First bitewas within 1 minute of receiving the bag, so no excuses. really feel like McD's owes me. Will try to never eat here again. Read more
I am seriously upset. I doordashed McDonald?s at approximately 2:50 a.m because I was hungry! I was craving a fry with ranch and... a sprite. When I revived my order I was flabbergasted to see that my sprite was in slushee form. I was craving a cold pop. Andthen I went to eat my fries and discovered I received 0/2 ranches that I ordered. Mcdonald?s, your fries are good but not goodenough to eat without ranch. I expected better :( Read more
