Went in at 830 and made an order. Kid told me the kitchen was closed and I had to pick something else. Nothing but laziness, you... have a job work till it's over just like everyone else. Made the same order at east lansing 15 minutes before close at 915 andthey said no problem. It's all about work ethic. Read more
Ordered online and arrived a few minutes later than the time set on the website. Was not busy at the time, but my order was not... started--not sure if they wait to make orders until the person is actually there or if mine went unnoticed somehow. Missing partof my order (c'mon, guys, I wanted those rangoons...) and did not care for the quality on this particular day, though I realisethat is subject to change. Even for the cheaper price range, I was not satisfied with my experience. ***Note: Do not go to thislocation if you are not familiar with campus. Fast service, very convenient, they give you enough food to fill you up and still have enough to take home to share with your... family..(but it your like me you hide it and dare anyone to touch it) helpful employees and the best food I've ever eaten in themall!!! As a Chinese Fastfood Chain the quality is alright, and mostly because it's fast and cheap (comparing to most of the sit-down... restaurants of Chinese food ). Although the selection might not be as abundant as a real Chinese cuisine restaurant . Butassociating it with the price of the food I should say it is quite up to its quality. Read more

The food here is pretty good, considering it's cheap American Chinese food. They're normally pretty fast, but can get some... serious lines around lunchtime. The prices are very reasonable. Sometimes though they've ran out of food and just expected us towait 30 minutes while they cook more, even though we'd already paid. Read more
