Be VERY carefu!!! I ordered online for delivery. I waited for a while and it didn't come I called Pizza Hut and they said it had... been put in as a pickup order which I did not. He said that was okay he would correct it and I would have a credit on my accountto order another time. I had also corresponded with customer service at the main Pizza Hut corporation. About a week later Iwanted to order my pizza so I called and the person that answered the phone was actually the manager who had taken my previouscall and remembered me he said he would get that right out to me. I never got it or any communication from them. I contactedcorporate again and was referred back to the main store. I tried to cancel the charge but at this point it's already been acouple weeks because I shouldn't have been patient. I have never been able to contact a person at the corporate office and themanager of the Pizza Hut in East Lansing has two times evidently lied to me and never followed through and I've never gotten acredit. If your pizza doesn't come in the time they said it would get their call be a squeaky wheel and call, call, call. Haven't had Pizzahut in awhile. Eager to order and taste the pizza I remember but totally disappointed. Crust was bland and the... texture was like cardboard. I ordered two pizzas. On one pizza I ordered and paid for extra pineapple but several slices on tharpizza had no pineapple bits. Total waste of time and money. Read more

Placed an order on 9/10/22. Went to pick up and store was closed. Called the next morning to ask about getting our money back.... Guy on the phone told us he was in the middle of canceling the previous nights orders and our money would be back by the nextday. Not only did our money not get refunded but the payment cleared and posted. Reached out to pizza hut on twitter and I amSTILL waiting for my money to be refunded for an order we DID NOT RECEIVE. This is theft. The man on the phone lied to us andtook our money for food they did not provide to us and pizza hut is acting like this is ok. Phenomenal service! Despite the Friday night rush, this location delivered quality food, quality above speed. It took longer... than I had originally anticipated to get my order due to a large quantity of customers coming in at the same time, but thisPizza Hut still delivered excellent service and picture perfect food. Just got a medium pizza and a family size alfredo dinner with bredsticks through delivery tonight. Delivery driver was super... nice so she gets a pass. However, whomever made the pasta used Penne noodles instead of the original curly noodles and put WAYto much oregano on it. Again, no harm to the delivery driver because she was great and so was our medium pizza. But I'm notordering again just due to them switching up my families favorite without letting us know. There's a reason why I don't door dash. They take forever. Food is always cold when it gets here. Unfortunately, this location... door dashes orders themselves. I would not have ordered had I known this. Because it has been an hour, no pizza, and I just gota door dash link texted to me and they aren't even at the store to pick it up yet. And the store is a 10 minute drive from myhouse after that too! Read more
