Good food. Usually do a rapid pick up. Its always ready on time and my order has always been correct.

I understand that it?s busy but the hygiene of the employees are absolutely disgusting. I?ve seen employees touch their pants... and their face and cleaning products and directly touch utensils to serve customers. I actually came home and took a showerbecause the place smelled so bad and I think it?s coming from the pipes and pop machine. Also, the customer service isterrible and they?re rude for no reason. Worst Qdoba I have ever been too. Guacamole was brown. My nachos had small hard things in it, dried cheese? Dried something,... hopefully not plastic. Wilted/black lettuce mixed in with good lettuce. Yuck. Won?t be back here. I should also mention the girlrunning the cash register did not have her super long hair pulled back and strands of it were all over the counter where theywere bagging food up, pretty gross. It's frustrating to get back from a burrito place where they can't even wrap a tortilla. This corporate spot is the worst QDOBA... I've been to. If it wasn't right next to my place I would never come to this spot. The other side of town has a spot that'sfranchised and they're much closer to a 5/5 rating than this spot is to a 3/5. This spot is constantly understaffed, they openlate and close earlier than the hours on the posted schedule. Some days they can't even open, because they don't have enoughstaff. Soda machine was also out of service today. New leadership is needed at this location, the current execution is terrible.This spot throws shade on the rest of the franchise. Do better! Read more

I was not impressed. Quite the opposite of what QDOBA usually does. The food was medeoker, the tast ....I am not saying it was... bad,by no means,at the same time something was not QDOBA about the two bowls I bought. The herb white rice was just not thesame. The brown rice that she said, was actually red Spanish rice. I don't know, may be someone is trying to get creative backthere. They were completely out of few things on the table and fewer things being cooked i guess. There were lots of peopleworking but there was no flow or order. I go there at 8:20 expecting them to be open since they close at 9:00, nope they were closed. I understand that sometimes you... run out of food and close early, at least advertise that. This is one of many times that this has happened. Also charging $2.10for chips is criminal, how are you going to go from having free chips to charging $2 for them, they are one of the cheapestthings that you can make. Read more
