Although I've never actually been inside I have been through the drive thru multiple times. I have never had a bad experience... here. Excellent food and customer service (I'm looking at you Sam the Great). Twice I have eaten my Mexican Pizza and looked atmy daughter to say it's the BEST Mexican Pizza ever. *Love the Online/Mobile Order Lane! Read more

I find it comical that so many people left negative reviews, and this place has been open for 2 months. I love this Taco Bell.... Every single time I go through, the employees are so happy & friendly! They never mess up my order, ever. You Guys are doinggreat. Don?t let these hard to please azz hats get you down. Read more

I drove through the other day last minute to grab some food. Drive Thru experience was about average overall.. Not a long wait..... Was greeted by an employee at the drive thru window who was extremely polite and courteous.. Even apologized for the wait timeeven tho it wasn't very long.. Something I wasn't used to overall especially from other fast food restaurants.. She really wentout of her way to make sure I was greeted properly and then continued to make me feel like my business there was important..Hard to come by nowadays at fast food restaurants.. I asked her name and all she replied with was Tine.. Just wanted to sharemy experience.. Made me feel like I will be visiting this location again.. She obviously has excellent customer service skillsand employees like this need to be recognized. Thank You overall for a great experience.. Read more

They messed up my order completely and when I got the rest of my order home the food had hair in it. When I called to complain... about it it took me 30 mins to talk to someone and 5 times of calling 4 time of being disconnected. We won't be going back tothis taco bell again ill drive to perry before to bath taco bell again. They didn't refund our food nor did they remake ourfood. And I paid cash and had my recite and even took the food back to show them. Read more

Such a bad experience here. Our order took probably 25 minutes to receive although we were the only ones in the restaurant.... Drive thru was busy but they neglected us inside due to a busy drive thru. Our order was missing two items. My husbands tacoshells (all 3) were literally broken in half. The chalupas we received had frozen lettuce or tomato in them, I?m not sure which.They were so cold that my fingers were cold from holding it while eating. I bit into a piece of what I think was lettuce and itwas 100% frozen. The cold veggies resulted in the entire chalupa being cold and hard. Aside from all of this, I found it oddthat there is no menu posted and the only option for ordering is at a kiosk. It took us a long time to order and try to navigatethe kiosk when we had a group of 5. Very frustrated overall and likely won?t return. Thank you to the staff for at least beingkind! Read more

No cashier to be found. You place your order on a touch screen (...good luck) and then pay at the attached card reader. Then you... sit and wait, and then you have to get up and go get it! They call the name you gave when you ordered. Not a good place forkids. Very cramped seating area inside, nice outdoor seating area. Took 20 min to get order.
