Ordered a 24oz smoothie and they made me a 12oz and when I told them it was the wrong size they added 12oz of ice to my... smoothie. DO NOT order delivery from this location. They don't package items together (especially smoothies), so delivery drivers only... grab the first thing they see and almost always miss half your order. I've ordered from here 4 times and only ONCE did I receivemy full order. Doordash gives a full refund but I'd much rather receive my actual order. Read more

I've stopped in the Grand River East Lansing location twice in the last month & both times there were issues. I got the Chia... Banana Boost this time with peanut butter. This thing was so badly blended that I could barely drink it! No lie that I set itaside for HOURS bcuz it was so thick. Then I finally get to the bottom there's 2 WHOLE dates & sliced almonds that weren'tprocessed. No wonder! That's literally all they have to do - blend it. I could've done better with a $25 blender from Walmart.Actually, I have done better. My prior visit I stood there 15+min AFTER my order was ready to pay because no one could get thecomputer to work.
