Met a friend for lunch there and it was great. Highly recommend the Thai Chicken wraps. One thing though ... When placing our... order we indicated we were dining-in but surprisingly our wraps were handed to us in plastic to-go bags. My smoothie came in astyrofoam cup. The overall vibe there was friendly but the excess plastic and styrofoam seem decidedly environmentallyunfriendly. Here's hoping that TSC and other businesses more carefully consider minimizing plastic and styrofoam in our world. Read more

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We ordered from Uber Eats and our driver forgot to bring us our smoothies - just brought the other... food. We tried contacting him but he did not answer his phone. We then contacted Tropical Smoothie to find out whether thedriver had picked up the smoothies but not left them at our house, or if he never picked them up. They told us that he neverpicked them up and I asked if there was any way they could deliver them now. They said unfortunately they could not but thenthey offered to let us reorder delivery directly from them (I would have done this from the beginning if I knew i could!) andreimburse us for the smoothies!!! First time at this chain, but not the last. This is really good food. I had the hummus wrap; kid had the Cajun shrimp wrap and... wife had the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. Good food, good staff. A very young staff, but very helpful and attentive. Theyseem to do massive business, yet they get it right. We are now fans of this chain. There is one pretty close to where we live(nowhere near East Lansing) and we will visit it soon. The prices are very fair for the quality of the food. At this location,management must be pretty good, as the staff were really helpful and attentive. For a college town, this is not expected. Read more
