Signs all over building say open, electronic billboard by the road says "dining room open", tried to eat inside the lobby and... the doors were locked and a worker carrying food to someone's car in the parking lot said their lobby was in fact NOT open.Maybe instead of paying someone to carry food around the parking lot they could just let the customers walk inside.... We we're very dissapointed. Hotdog tasted like it was cooked in the microwave. Fries were soggy. Dining room was dirty, floors... were not even swept. Will not ever come back! Read more
I got one of the WORST burgers of my LIFE today from this place. Waited forever for it and when I finally got it the bun seemed... like it had been frozen and not all the way thawed. Cheese was not melted at all. Looked like someone sat on it. I do not getA&W often as there is not one near me. Bummed that it was so disappointing when I was able to get it. The float was good atleast but I finished it long before my burger/fries came. Read more
First of all didnt get complete order, so when I said I needed a coney dogs she acted discussed. I also ask for ketchup for our... fries, which she replied no problem I'll put with the coney dog which she did not so I asked for it, got 3 pitiful things ofketchup I asked for more please. Yet again with a discussed look she handed me 3 more..... so I thanked her went to park andeat, gave my grandchildren their food fries and ketchup only to realize I gave my 3 year grandson cocktail sauce ....they gaveme 3 ketchup and 3 cocktail sauce. Food is always great when I go, which is usually with a group of motorcyclists. It appears that when we come it's the most... business they've ever seen at one time. It would really help if they used the ticket numbers when they brought the food out.This way people get thier good in the right order. Particularly, when multiple people order the same thing. I work in the plaza nearby ... Did the drive thru ... It was Sunday night and I forgot they close at 9:00pm ... The person doing... drive thru was very thoughtful and understanding as was the whole crew they went ahead and took my order . I just want to say Iappreciate the great customer service...
