The staff are never courteous. They are rude and I have overheard them making fun of customers. I was made fun of when the kiosk... was broken. One employee said it was because I didn?t know my phone number. She retrieved a mop while a customer was giving anorder. Check it out you never get manners. Thank you for choosing Panera. I had such a bad experience I was talking with a cook.She said the employee always is rude. I had enough and told the District manager. A few days later she was telling the managerand he said of all his employees he couldn?t believe it. Today was another incident I spoke to the manager and he said theynever have problems with staff and all his employees know they have a open door policy. I was charged for the sip club which Igave my phone number for to another employee that is rude. She talks with the one I complained about. I called and emailedcorporate People are so complacent. I want descent customer service. And yes one employee is not saying a word. I have an ideawhy. Read more
This is a perfectly decent Panera location. Our orders were made correctly and the store is mostly clean. It could definitely... use some wiping down of tables and surfaces, maybe we caught them on a bad day but that's my one critique. You also have tostate that you want combos when ordering they do not offer them when you order eligible items. I was used to my old locationtrying to find the best deal for you automatically. The Panera in town has been redecorated and the menu pared down. Prices raised, too, I think. Nicer. But the music playing was... loud and obnoxious, and there was a very loud mechanical sound reverberating in the bsckground somewhere. We had to raise ourvoices to converse. Read more
Literally have not come here in years, pretty much since being vegan because options are VERY LIMITED FOR US! Running errands... today, I stop to grab a smoothie and possibly a bagel with avocado. SUPER SIMPLE YOU WOULD THINK, NOPE! Not sure whatincompetent employees they have working there but needless to say! Had to wait over half hour to get my bagel! NOW I KNOWEXACTLY WHY MY SPIRIT NEVER GUIDED ME BACK HERE SINCE BECOMING VEGAN SMH!!!! It?s a hard no for me!!! Read more
Don?t go here. They cannot greet you and talk to you like a human. I have been to other Panera Bread locations, and have never... been treated so disdainfully and with such horrible manners. The food may be great, but the customer service skills are lackingas they are more into their own personal conversations and their employees? purchases instead of serving customers. Read more
A good healthier option for quick meals. Especially if you get their app. You can order before getting there and already have... the food ready. It's perfect for a quick workday lunch. But if you want to eat in they have a very cozy environment and plentyof seating. One of my favorite lunch places. Read more
