Went to this Subway on Shaker Rd today and was extremely dissatisfied with them. First, they do NOT recognize/acknowledge Subway... coupons. Then when I ordered a wrap, they did not have a few of the menu offerings they listed on their menu board. Then whenthey did create the wrap, it was the equivalence of a 6" sub. They put half of the ingredients for a foot long and still chargedthe same price as a foot long sub. Then of course, there were flies everywhere in the shop. Needless to say, I will neverpurchase anything from this store going forward. Also, the meat was supposed to be heated but was cold so the oven wasn'tapparently working. This was the same for a footlong sub which I ordered at the same time. I WILL BE RETURNING TO THE SUBWAY INSIXTEEN ACRES WHERE THEY ARE CONSCIENTIOUS TO THEIR CUTOMERS WANTS. THEY ACCEPT SUBWAY COUPONS, HEAT THE SUBS/WRAPS AND FILLTHEM AS SHOULD BE. THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN AND HE STAFF VERY PERSONABLE.I didn't go today since they were already closed. Read more

Absolutely horrible! The family that runs this let's their daughter do whatever she wants. We found fly's in our food and she... had the AUDACITY to tell us that it wasnt her fault, but as we walked in to get new sandwiches there were fly's flying aroundeverywhere. I just picked up a footling club, Doritos and cookies. Extremely disappointing. I paid 2 extra dollars for premium bacon and I... still had only 3 slices. The sandwich was drown in the honey mustard so much so that it was difficult to eat the sandwich. Iasked for extra cucumber, pickles and green peppers. There was no extra and the peppers were forgotten completely. The orderdidn?t include my Doritos until I said something. You were not busy, my order was not difficult. Do better. The service here is horrible.. I waited out front for 15 minutes.. the girl was in back, moving boxes around. I know she heard... me come in from the door bell being loud, after a couple minutes I said "hello!" She was in view not even 10 feet away! Stillshe ignored me.. when she finally graced me with her presence.. she proceeded to make the grinder by ripping it apart..andbarely putting anything in it.. Subway in East Long meadow was the most horrible experience I've ever had with subway! The girl didn't know how to cut open the... bread and used her hands to pry it open then smooshed the bread down. The first attempt was even worse than the pictures of thesecond attempt. It had like no meat on it the cheese wasn't even melted after the second time she put it in the oven. She puteverything in the middle of the bread so everything folded in half... Like why would I want my tomato's folded in half it wasjust a horrible experience and I don't recommend anyone ever eat at this subway! Like seriously I ordered a simple steak andcheese how do you mess that up???? And it wasn't just my order my friend ordered too and her grinder was horrible too she evenhad the girl remake her grinder but the second one wasn't any better she ended up throwing hers in the trash along with mine!Just awful... Walked in and two female employees did not greet us. Instead of a "hello" we got giggles between the girls which made me feel... awkward. Tables were dirty and no one else was in the place. Other than that the food was good. Read more
I went here during my lunch break to get a nice steak and cheese six inch sandwich on italian herbs and cheese. I walk in and... i?m hit with the most disgusting smell. It goes up my nose and filters through my body and i feel like I just went dumpsterdiving in New York City. I then continue to go order my sandwich and the owner of the store greets me with the most unfriendlyand unkind facial expressions i have ever seen. I feel extremely unwelcomed. Don?t get me wrong i have worked in customerservice before and i understand how people can be, but there was no need for that. I didn?t let that affect me too much untilshe started to create my sandwich and instead of putting it on there neatly she smacked it around and threw it on there soaggressively. I was astonished. Flabbergasted. Ultimately I calmly collected myself and watched her throw my sandwich in thetoaster. She burnt it. I didn?t care though in the moment because I had 15 minutes until i needed to get back to work so therewas no time to ask her to redo my sandwich. At the checkout i had a coupon for my 6 in sandwich and she refused to take it. Igot those for this day and she refused it.
