Really long drive thru wait times. Sometimes only accepts cash which is inconvenient. But the food always comes out fresh
The Food never disappoints, but I had an issue with ubereats and this place was not willing to resolve it. I think that is... absolutely unfair considering the amount of food that goes to waste by large companies like McDonald's. Whatever the reason, Ihope you treat future customers better. Read more
The grading went down due to the new double drive thru construction. It's pure chaos. It was already chaotic, now it's crazy... trying to order. It takes forever and the lines are super long. Read more

Service is terrible, went through drive thru no point in having 2 if when time to pay they don't know whats your order. Asked... for more ketchup after only receiving 3 packets for 4 combos and 3 happy meals worker give me dirty look. When I got home one ofthe big macs had fly eggs on it I had to go back manager on duty made fun of the situation. I didnt confront her in any bad wayas I know we are all humans and sometimes things like that are accidents but her approach to the situation was veryunprofessional. I would give them NO STARS if I could?. Their service is terrible. There are people standing in line waiting for 20-30 minutes... to have their order taken. The employees look at you and ignore you and don?t take your order until they feel like it. Managerdoesn?t give a damn either? and yet they have 6 employees there. Don?t come here especially if you?re in a hurry. And yet theywant to get paid $25 an hour ???? They?re all a joke, lazy and rude. Read more
This location is usually good with service and food but this last time was disappointing. Ordered the spicy chicken deluxe... sandwich and paid the extra to get the tomato but instead I got three tomato ends!! How unlucky is that? One tomato has twoends, and I ended up with 3 ????. Surely not what the sandwich looks like on their menu photos. This was a drive thru order waypast indoor dining hours so I wasn't going to drive all the way back to complain. Went to have dinner a few minutes ago with my family all the order was good, except mine! The cashier was super sweet very... charismatic I said please please absolutely no mustard, no onions I don?t want to return it. Literally that?s how they made itwith mustard and onions no cheese. So I kindly returned it, the cashier was busy and I was waiting for my one littlecheeseburger to be remade since they made it wrong in the first place. I patiently waited and was watching the staff standingaround chatting while my cheeseburger was sitting there I asked the manager if they were going to remake my cheeseburger becauseit?s sitting there, and she didn?t even look at me went to ask for it and when she handed it to me said she said, ?There yougo?!
