I arrive and ask for a decaf ice coffee. The guy instantly says we don't have that. I'm confused because if you have ice and you... have decaf coffee you have decaf ice coffee but he wouldn't. I say since when do you not have ice and decaf coffee. Just sayswe don't have that for you. Wouldn't even try or ask someone to fill a cup with ice n put the hot coffee over it. Now that wouldbe awesome customer service. Came in today. After Covid. Place is revamped and was clean inside. Food was the same but whathonestly can you say about fast food. Like the McDonald's app. Get free stuff. The only thing that was bothersome was somecustomer was blasting his music at a booth and wasn't considerate of his surroundings..but other than that well is was ok Newthing is with the app coupons. It doesn't work. I think they are taught that. It doesn't work. Well somebody better figure itout how to work. Stink alert in womans bathroom. Septic problems im told. Smell so bad you can gag. Usually wouldn't complain but pay extra for bacon and cheese should be worth what I pay
