This coffee shop at Stop Shop grocery store had very poor customer service. One of the employees could not wait to get out of... there while an older grumpy lady was at cash register taking orders and complaining about being there and when I ordered acaramel macchiato she replied "What's up with this macchiato coffee !? I never asked for an iced macchiato, she took somebody'sorder after me, then realized the employee guy had left without making my macchiato.Then she goes into making one, puts verylittle ice on my macchiato and gives to me. Because I was in a rush. I did not wait for her to make me a hot one...I was verydisappointed and next time will go to the competitor's. Read more
