I rarely treat myself with Starbucks cuz it?s just so expensive, but it?s getting annoying that this kinda stuff keeps... happening. This is like the 4th time I?ve ordered something from this location and it?s just not made right! (I sent my husbandfor it and he didn?t say anything at the window, otherwise I would?ve said something when I got my order) I just wish thislocation would take a half a second to READ the ticket. A busy SBUX but the staff runs it like clockwork. Drive thru is always busy bc its right off I-95. Often you can go in & its... faster but park close to the drive thru exit side so you don't get stuck. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner, but it was alsoSunday late morning & they were still in rush mode. Read more

Can you give more than 5 Stars! This location and Glastonbury are the only 2 Starbucks that are worth it. Norwich is CLUELESS... and has made us violently ill on more than one occasion. Colchester is a young staff that just needs guidance. BUT Niantic, thestaff truly cares and is ALWAYS super friendly. Read more
This is so called LIGHT ice? 20 minutes later after I ordered it, I still can see 3/4 of the cup with ice. It is better to have... better training for your staff and improve their understanding of mobile orders? labels! Read more

Super friendly staff. Usually receive quick service. They are consistent with their menu and always make my drink perfectly. The... only thing I hate is the drive thru; it?s always full of cars coming from 2 sides of the parking lot. Read more
