Unbelievably bad. The sauce looks toxic. Meat tasteless and mushy. Never had a cheesesteak taste that blah. $30 for 1 combo... and a sandwhich. This better get better at these prices. Fast food just isn't worth it anymore. Long wait, wrong order,expensive. Watching people disgusted with food. Goodbye arbys. Read more
Update 1 It was a horrible experience. The staff was behind the prep table talking, I had to yell Excuse me for someone to take... my order. The server took my order and told me she had to upcharge me for cheese on my order. The person preparing my food wasmaking it wrong tried to scrape off the white sauce on the pita. I told the server to tell him to remake my food. They stillcontinued to talk while making my food and made me wait to get my food. Also the server had such a I don't care, I don't want tobe here attitude. UPDATE 2 It's not allowing me to fill out the information on your "make it right" webpage. Tried the fish strips and fries meal; it was ok. I had more curly pieces than whole fries, and they were only lukewarm. The fish... strips were good, but the meal presentation wasn't what I expected. My friend had a dry roast beef sandwich as she put it, sooverall, our meal was just ok. Read more

Decided to try the Wagyu burger ???? Arby's first burger! It did not disappoint. It's thicker than most fast food spots. Had a... nice flavor but did start feeling the sodium towards the end. Also had the crinkle cut fries since I did not find the curlyfreis to be flavorful last time I got em. Crinkle cut ???? will be my go to from now on. They look simple but when salted rightare actually pretty good. Also order the chicken tenders which from my experience were tough & dry. I order 2 buttermilk chicken sandwiches for $7 and double confirms with the server that I ordered 2 buttermilk chicken... sandwiches. The server refused to give me the total until I pulled up, and the charges me $6 a piece for crispy chickensandwiches, tells me that is what I had ordered, and refused to remake the order. Read more
