TO THE MGR: before you entrust your shop to teenage workers for the summer, please do your patrons a service and Train them... properly, and if it's their first time- please.be on-site to supervise. If I wasn't watching this kid like a hawk, he would havegiven me 3, 3.scoop sundaes with 1/4 of the scoop size. Twice I saw him attempt to release the ice cream with his fingers, withno gloves on until he realized I was staring at him. All food is exorbitant these days, so when we do go out to buy treats andsuch, it's simple.enough to ask for what we pay for.the kid supposedly training him did nothing but work his mouth. If I could give zero Stars I would. I ordered online well in advance a graduation cake with the photo we designed it we placed... it horizontally class of 2021 supposed to be picked up at 9:00 a.m. . I show up late at 12:51 p.m. the cake was not availablethey told me it was coming from another place that it wasn't shipped and to come back. I come back and it's all they did wasprint out horribly and place it horribly on a regular sheet cake it wasn't the cake I paid for and that I couldn't get a refundtill the next day because the manager wasn't there. I wrote to corporate and I hope I get my refund. Read more
The Dunkin Donuts Baskin-Robbins it's supposed to close at 12 the guy lock the door at 11:30.

the guy on night shift he doesn't use gloves to pick the cones after he touches money... not good...
It's dunkin donuts???? ... better than Starbucks. Too many yuppies at Starbucks
