I have been going to this location for 20yrs today i experienced a worker drop the food tray for the bagel oven on the floor and... pick it up and place it to use for my bagel. When i mentioned it to the lady that was there , neither her or the co worker evenattempted to wash it off. With everything going on that is a real bad look. One because i need to give at least one to coment. This is the worst dunkin I have ever been. The croissants burn, no bacon on... it plus the egg frozen, I ask for not sugar they put like a pound of it in one cup, Literally This people is just there makingthere hours?? I absolutely really do like this dunkin donuts location. They are very quick, very friendly, and handle busy times very well... also! Absolutely recommend this location over other local coffee locations. Love that there is a drive through option as well!Makes getting coffee so much mire convenient! Read more
Went with a friend to get some donuts. I absolutely love the strawberry frosted with sprinkles. While looking at their... selection, there were FLIES flying around the strawberry donuts. In addition, for it to be only noon, there wasn?t a lot ofdonuts to choose from. Very disappointing. Read more

I have to say that I am very upset with this location in terms of ordering online and picking up. So far I have done it 3 times... and all 3 times the order was messed up. This is the last time I am ordering online from this place. I love caramel lattes andthe 3 times I ordered they put cinnamon on the top. I hate cinnamon. I didn't ask for it. I looked at my orders from the pastand in all the orders I was very specific what I wanted. They ALWAYS put cinnamon. Why? I bought 2 donuts, specifically orderedstrawberry frosting and chocolate frosting. They were both chocolate. If they didn't have strawberry they should have notifiedme. Some staff poorly trained. I requested a double-toasted English muffin w/butter. When I bit into the english muffin, it was... soft and soggy from the butter. No crunch whatsoever. Tasted like a mouth full of wet dough and yeast. Did not eat anymore ofit. I returned and showed them, so they could prepare another as I requested. The person who originally waited on me said, " Ican't do anything about that, I don't give refunds." I didn't ask for a refund I want it made over the way I requested. Adifferent person stepped in and asked what happened. When I explained it to her, she instructed them to remake it and doubletoast it. FYI When the original order was given I asked the person taking the order if she told the guy cooking that I wantedit double toasted, she said yes. I seriously doubt it. Read more
