Decided to give it ago . After a long break . My $15.50 barbeque grilled chicken salad was like half size of a wendys . My lol... 9$ bowl of chilli looks like its in a good humor ice cream cup 'minus the wooden spoon. Looks like a vegetable minestorne withnothing but broth and like 10 beans . Pretty sad that wendys you get more and has taste . Wendys is half the price . I dont seehow their around still . What soup in a loaf of bread is healthy . Tuna salad floating in mayo . I am so disgusted . I didnteven mention my kids grilled cheese . Had 1 slice the size of a piece on a cheese platter . Again i guess the aura of thisplace . Read more

A perfect place to take a break, have a meeting and do some work. If you are hungry their food are great. Staff are friendly and... attentive. You can grab a coffee, soda or juice and chill before heading home. Would be nice if they add beer. Read more

I have been ordering from this location for some time now, and my wife and I typically stop in at least twice a week, but going... forward will go to the Hicksville location instead. We both ordered a soup and salad combo. Hers was fine and my soup wasgreat, but the half-Greek salad was really a half a third salad (see photos). It was not what I receive when I've ordered onlineover the last 6 months. I then got in my car, drove to the location, explained the situation and showed the manager Oscar thesalad. He looked at me and told me that the way I was receiving it prior was incorrect, that the workers were measuring withtheir hands, not the scale, and what I what I received was the correct amount. He said he was sorry I wasn't happy and that if Ilike he can add some "romaine" to it. Highly subpar. Romaine? Really? I was hoping to get a new portion altogether but insteadwhat I got was a manager putting the blame on his workers. Perhaps two stars is a bit harsh considering we've always had goodservice at this location. So this review is entirely based on the manager's unsympathetic response to a steady customer whofrequents this establishment as often as we do. Will avoid this location entirely. Read more
Charge NYC/San Francisco prices for a tea spoon of meat on the sandwich. This place is worse than chipotle with price to... proration size. Sandwiches are kindergarten size at premium prices. This location constantly screws up orders. Sandwiches comeout the opposite of what you order. Add the stuff that should be omitted and leave out the stuff that should be on the sandwich.I don?t know how Panera is still in business even years ago forget about now with inflation. I would love to see this companyboycotted. Get more food at a upscale NYC restaurant for the same price. Pay for extra and still don?t receive it half thetimes. Love how they are name Panera bread yet when I order they are out of bread. How much does soup cost? Soup portions arealso a joke. Would be better off going to a diner or a deli. Read more
