I ordered Uber eats for pick up the app showed my order would be ready by 5:31. I arrive at 5:31 and it took 5 minutes for... someone to help me only to find out my order wasn?t made. The girl in the front was new and asked for help a lady came from theback to shower her where to locate the Uber orders in the system and then did all that to not make my food? Then after another15 minutes I ask another lady who then had to make my food? So in total I waited about 40 minutes for an order that I orderedfor pick up.. what is the point of this then? Horrible customer service, they charged dcyra as they supposed to , but gave the entire order wrong. I had to explain to a... vegetarian , why there was meat on their food. An employee blocking the drive through sitting on a chair smoking SOMETHING with a car in the drive through not letting the line... move. Go to the window and the most inept human RUDE with "what do you want from me and I don't know what to tell you...justmove" was all that coherently came out of his mouth when I asked for my pre order.
