I ordered Uber eats for pick up the app showed my order would be ready by 5:31. I arrive at 5:31 and it took 5 minutes for... someone to help me only to find out my order wasn?t made. The girl in the front was new and asked for help a lady came from theback to shower her where to locate the Uber orders in the system and then did all that to not make my food? Then after another15 minutes I ask another lady who then had to make my food? So in total I waited about 40 minutes for an order that I orderedfor pick up.. what is the point of this then? The slowest Taco Bell EVER!!!! If u need your order asap preorder a day in advance. Stay away if u can. Management wake up! 25... min to get my order. Smh. Let?s see if they get my order right at least?.. (moments later)? yup! They fudged up my order. Greatmore waiting. Terrible. Read more
Horrible customer service, they charged dcyra as they supposed to , but gave the entire order wrong. I had to explain to a... vegetarian , why there was meat on their food. When I called the store, the managers response was "ok". I guess it's a mistaketo hold taco bell to any standard what so ever. Read more
An employee blocking the drive through sitting on a chair smoking SOMETHING with a car in the drive through not letting the line... move. Go to the window and the most inept human RUDE with "what do you want from me and I don't know what to tell you...justmove" was all that coherently came out of his mouth when I asked for my pre order. This is probably the lowest we?ve seen a Taco Bell sink ? visited around 10:30pm on a Saturday night and ordered Chalupas,... quesadillas and the new chicken tacos .. 1. food was not heated uniformly? cheese did not melt in places 2. Steak quesadilla hadless than an mm of thickness ? talk about shrinkflation ? and it was burnt 3. Chalupa?s ranch sauce was only a small bit at theend .. the rest of it was dry and tasteless 4. The people who work here are some disgusting animals I found hair in my nacho bell grande I assumed it was mine so I picked it... out & continued to eat my food THEN I opened up my nacho supreme & it was covered in more hair ???? told the manager & theydidn?t have any concern for the situation all 3 of them are half way rolling their eyes & then the tall tooth pick of a manwants to sarcastically tell me to ?have a nice day? didn?t give me my full change back stole a dollar from me then they ALLrefused to tell me who prepared my food then lied & said the person that prepared my food ?went on break? just some livingbreathing monsters but I will have a nice day I have a career while you slave at Taco Bell ????
