Was here on a Saturday and the customer service was great. The young girl seemed very attentive to her customers and put on a... smile every time she talked to a customer even though I could tell it was busy. The burgers tasted great and shakes were goodtoo. Fries needed more salt but I could easily fix that myself. Would recommend! Read more

Today, for lunch my coworker and I were heading down Hempstead tpk and decided to try out Wayback Burger. This place delivered... us a fantastic product. I went with the cheeesey which is a double cheese burger with upside down bun and i also ordered totchoswhich is tater tots with pulled pork and other fixings. My friend went with the classic combo. These burgers were absolutelydelicious. They were juicy, cheesy, flavorful and were gone in about 1 minute. We were both very satisfied with our burgers. Herated his a 8.1 and I gave mine a 8.5. I would drive 10 minutes out of the way for a burger like this. The totchos were prettygood but I don't know if I would order them again. After the burgers i was still craving something so i ordered a vanilla shake.It was the perfect way to finish off a burger that juicy. I would be remiss if i didn't mention the cashier seemed cool and wasvery nice to both of us. That guy belongs in the service industry because he was certainly a people's person. All in all I'mgiving that experience 5 stars and would certainly recommend this place to a friend or feed it to my family... Oh and just soyou know they take samsung/apple pay and the bathrooms were in order and clean. Read more
Super disappointed. I haven?t been here since they opened (we went often). Seeing they have Impossible Burgers, I place an order... via GrubHub. What a mess! There was no kids meal (just the soda), no golden sauce, no honey mustard (as requested) but theysent BBQSauce (gross!) Burger was meat and therefore inedible. Ofries were ice cold and thrown all over the bag. I just paid$60 for a chocolate shake. So disappointing. Read more
