The food was terrible ordered chicken nuggets and a coke and nuggets were old and stale and the drink was nasty
Order 63 dollars worth of food, get to the window give them 100 bill. She takes it then comes back and says they dont take 100... bills. Ok a 20 dollar order i can see but i was spending 63!! So i say they can stop the order. While a man from car behind mecomes up and gives me change for 100, thank you to whoever that was. They give me the pops in a carrier and they all have popdrupping down the whole sides of the cups. I had to ask for napkins to wipe the cups off, then look in the bag and the frieswere dumped upside in the bag ????. And i wasn't even rude with them i wish i would have been now. Absolutely awful place! 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I aren?t normally complainers. We understand employees are human... and mistakes can happen. The last FIVE times we?ve been to this place, our order was wrong. Completely wrong food. I guess itwas our bad for not checking before we drove off. Usually the food is cold, this time it was hot (we were both shocked). Wecontinued to go because of the convenience. Moline BK is 10x better! Employees at EM BK don?t seem to really care, they?re therefor a paycheck. Probably better off to just shut the place down with all these 1 star, poor reviews. Yikes. Read more
What you would expect- except they don't put in the correct order. Always check your food. They'll correct if you request.
I don't want to give any stars. First I didn't get my pop for my order then I came home to try and eat this original chicken... sandwich and it looks like someone took a bite, chewed it and put it back on my sandwich. Read more
HORRIBLE service will never be going back. Cashier kept looking over at me knowing I was waiting to order and left me waiting 30... minutes. The food took forever. They weren?t even busy like AT ALL. There was three people in the lobby waiting. Worstexperience ever. Place should be shut down. There was food all over the kitchen floor, trash overfilling and spilling to thefloor, and we asked for ranch and it was RANCID 100% expired and smelled gross. Do not recommend going there. Read more
