We live in Colona, Illinois and the Domino's is located in East Moline,Illinois. They said that they don't deliver to Colona but... he thinks the furthest they can deliver to is Port Byron???????????????????????????? that is much farther than Colona! Read more

We order 2 pasta dishes and bread sticks at 7:40pm was told it would be done my 8:15 okay no big deal, we?ll I called in a 8:25... to check status if my order and tell then i had been waiting our front curbside pick up and The young lady who answer went andchecked on it and said it would be another 20 mins, she said they had short staff! okay so i wait another 25 mins before my momwent in and asked what?s the hold up? The young boy working said well you checked in 30sec to late so we can?t offer you a freepizza or anything you can just wait in your order, it?s coming out of oven. I get things are hard and people are short staffedand stress of working now days are hard but maybe they should have let me know it would have taken and extra 30mins on top ofthe 25 mins i was Quoted on phone to get my order when I called! I normally order the thin crust bbq chicken, and almost 3/5 times it's been waaay past done, like burnt and crumbled when you... picked it up, it was so order done. Very disappointed in the price I paid, for the quality of food that I received. Read more

We were just informed that my family is "blacklisted" from ordering from the East Moline store. The Store manager, Justin,... refused to tell me why. We've never done anything wrong and have never been banned from anything. We order there all the time,well we used to anyway. Read more

Strange, I pulled into EM store parked in the handicap parking an ordered my pizza gave make of my suv and color. Stated I was... already here before the even started my order... then when time for it to be done a young man approach my handicap taped suv andtold me not to park here any more to park in the pickup spot?????????????? NO stars should be the rating but I can't post unless I give at least 1 star. I paid overprice for delivery and tipped... generously; the pie was so uncooked that it was unhealthy to eat-like a dough ball with cheese and toppings plus it was ultragreasy. When I called on speaker phone the clerk told me I was being disrespectful. I told him I would complain to corporate andhis retort was to say, "go ahead and when they review the call they'll see you're yelling at me." I told him I was on speakerphone and not to be so sensitive" He sarcastically told me "Okay, sir." We should ALL be sick of corporate food takingadvantage of us and our hard-earned money. AWFUL! At 9 PM I ordered food to take to work with me. Estimated time was a half hour. I arrived at 930 to pick up my food and the... order screen says 1-5 minute wait with 2 people in front of me. No big deal right? As I'm waiting there are 2 cancelledorders. One order that is above me is told there was a mistake make on their order and would have to be remade. The otherorder above me is picked up. At 945 2 new names appear above mine on the order screen and mine still reads 1-5 minutes. I askthe girl working the register(not her fault). She tells me that my order hasn't even been started yet. So I wasted 45 minutesof my time placing the order, driving there, and waiting for the supposed 1-5 minutes which turned into 15 minutes and no orderto be had. I had to cancel and leave for work. So here I am at work Hangry(hungry and angry) with no way to get anything toeat. I 100% agree with the review from a month ago that said not the employees fault. Owner and franchise need to setrealistic expectations. Completely unacceptable. Read more
