I will never return to this McDonald's. Took forever in the drive-thru and then when I get to the window to get my food I was... told to pull ahead to a waiting area. I refused and guess what? My food was ready and waiting for me. It was actually hot, thistime. It would have been cold had I moved into the waiting area. Read more
I asked for two separate orders and she put it all on one ticket. Cashier was rude, the ice coffee tasted like bland coffee... creamer and the fries were lukewarm. Do not recommend this McDonald's. Very unhappy Read more
It's really too bad that this McDonald's location wants to close an hour to an hour and a half early every single day everyone's... walking around having fun nobody will answer the phone and one day I'm pretty sure people laugh because I was driving by tryingto see if anybody was there. As my readers know I love to sing the praises of restaurants that I stop at. Unfortunately I cannot do that in this case.... Ordered a mcdouble combo. After a long wait in the drive through after I ordered - got a lukewarm McDouble and some of the worstfries I've had from a McDonalds - tough over-cooked,and barely warm. The only reason I gave 2 stars was that the cashier andserver window people were very nice. They show on Google that they are open till midnight. We get there at 11 several cars in line waiting. Not one person had their... order taken. Everyone including myself left without any orders taken. We work late so stopping on the way home is sometimesneeded as you can work a full shift with no break. They should either make sure times are accurate or address the employees whoare ignoring customer's. Read more
Absolutely rude gal at window. Gave us someone else's drinks. All we said was these are not our drinks. She had an attitude and... slammed the drinks back down on counter. Gave us a coke without ice (we didnt order without ice) and a half full strawberrysmoothie. When the bag was handed to her she shoved it at my husband who almost dropped it. I opened bag and half the foodwasn't wrapped. We were missing sandwiches and were not given a receipt. The total was 28 something and all we got was a chickensandwich meal size large and 2 mcdoubles. The 4 plain hamburgers we ordered were not in the bag. My children did not get theirfood so I gave them mine. Very bad service and rude gal in 2nd window. I have been a manager for several years at fast foodplaces and this behavior is totally unacceptable. We will never be going back to this store. Forced to still go to mcdonald's because i got kids or else i wouldn't because they are not the cheapest option like they once... were and other places have them beat on taste but it is what it is. Read more
