Completely ruined my order and refuses to do a refund or give a replacement sandwich unless I can provide the original mess up.... I ordered online for pickup to have it for work. I work 430pm to 430am with no way of returning the sandwich. This is horriblecustomer service. I will not be returning. Tonight stoped at 9:20pm which is 10 minutes prior to closing. Really nice lady was by her self working. Even was late she... served me like was beginning of day. Ordered online for instore pick up at lunch time. 12" spicy Italian melt on Italian herb and cheese with pepper jack cheese and... smashed avacado. They made the sandwich with American cheese, white bread and sent me cups of avacado to add to my melt ( whichmeans you have to pull it apart to put it on, what a melt mess!). Of course this was a lunch order so I don't have time to runback and get a fixed sandwich (the bread and avacado would have been ediblebut the American cheese is a hard pass for me).Called and the employee and manager were like okay your sandwich was wrong so what. I asked for a refund...now I get to save thesandwich and return it after work. That ought to smell great sitting around all day. It's also wonderful when you pay forsomething and its not right to have the reaction of the manager be so what. I was polite, did not "ask" for the manager wasdirected to her to see what she would do...which apparently is little to nothing. So frustrating. Now I am out a lunch period(wasted running to the place), no lunch, and have to make an extra trip to the store. Way to go Subway. Read more
The worst experience that I ever had. I'm a vegetarian and do not eat meat. I have ordered a veggie patty. I requested the... person to change the gloves as she was preparing some sandwich with meat but she refused and she was very arregant. I got mysandwich home and threw it in the trash.
