This location has deteriorated considerably over the past 2 years. Delivery is often unavailable during posted delivery hours.... Their online tracker is inaccurate. It once showed that my pizza had been delivered even though it hadn't. Trying to getthrough to them by phone is nearly impossible. I recently called them to rectify a problem, and waited online for 35 minutes.Nobody ever picked up. Another time they canceled my order for no apparent reason. When I was finally able to get through byphone, the manager was so rude and condescending that I reported him, which was a waste of time. Never heard back. Another timeI was given a coupon code for a free pizza as part of a promotion for ordering a pizza, When I went to my e-mail and clicked onthe code, it said I had already redeemed it, which I hadn't. I called the store, waited on hold for 30 minutes. The person whoanswered the phone said he had no idea how to rectify the problem. Avoid this location, or order at your own risk. Read more
When I was a kid, in the 80s and 90s, Dominos tasted like cardboard. Since that new CEO took over, they went from my least... favorite to one of my favorite pizzas. Their app is easy and quick and the pizza is great. Read more
Terrible service!! Many other reviews warned me but I normally give the place a shot. Ordered online at 4:46PM on Sun. My order... was being prepped for 25 minutes before they called. I missed the phone call (that's on me). When I refreshed the tracker myorder had been cancelled. I called back and have been on- hold for over 33 minutes without speaking to anyone. Ordered online. Order was confirmed at 5:02 pm. At 5:50 pm the Order was canceled by store. It took 50 minutes to cancel my... order and now my family is hungrier and I have to Order and wait for another place. What took 50 minutes to realize you weren'tgoing to make the Order???? Ordered a salad. Don't order salad. The greens were slimy and had a foul odor. The lady at the store said it was from today... which doesn't make sense because it looks prepackaged. Wouldn't a food inspector have issue with this? I've had a badexperience in the past with wings being mostly fat and breading from this location as well. I was told cheese pizza was ok. Dear franchise owner ordered for delivery. pizza and garlic knots at 10:15pm we then received a call at1034pm saying our order... will take another hour and a half but we could pick it up instead witch was not what we wanted. yet when we ordered it said itwould take 55 to 60 minutes. Went to pickup an order this evening and was surprised to find only one gentleman working in this location. He was extremely... polite and professional. He must be a hard worker, because running any kind of retail food location is hard, especiallysolo.
