This Dunkin is very clean the staff is awesome plenty of fresh donuts, sandwiches, and coffee.
The service was very slow, the woman at the register was very rude, and my drink was made with mostly creamer and barely any... coffee in it. She also didn?t give me all my change. Read more

The workers are amazing but the Manager is neither the friendliest nor the nicest person. I ordered online and on the way, I... had a call that I could not ignore. I usually arrive with in 10 minutes but this time I arrived 30 minutes later. Someone hadtaken my order. I do not believe it was done maliciously. It was busy and I have a common name. I asked if they Would stillaccommodate me and the employees were very gracious. I had explained I was delayed, I apologized and they were going to help me.I order every morning. The manager decided to get involved after everything was sorted out and in a very nasty way told me itwas my fault because I was late. It was said in a louder voice. I told him that I already acknowledged I was late but thatsomeone took my order. It was not like I was late and I asked them to remake it because it was cold. I would never do that. My review is long overdue! I have to move to another state, but didn?t not want to leave without saying that this is my favorite... Dunkin chain in East Norriton. The staff is very friendly. The shop is clean. Every now and then, they give me extra donuts andmuffins because I?m a regular. I would recommend this place to anyone. Also, this is random but they have good ice here. The icein your cold beverage does not melt quickly like the ones I get from other shops. Read more
