So I brought my children to the restaurant today after school before my daughter had gymnastics we placed our order which I... never got a receipt for. We were short a small fry so I walked up to the counter and I told the girl we are missing one smallfry she got a huge attitude with me and told me there was no small fry on your order well guess what there was and you forgotit. Instead of her bringing me the small fries she just completely ignore me and never brought me anything I will never go tothis restaurant again the workers are miserable and the restaurant is dirty . Tried to go through the drive thru for a quick burger since my last experience with them at the other store was not very... pleasing i pick a different store. Went in n the drive thru and had to wait at the microphone for more then 5 minutes beforesomeone would answer by calls. Got frustrated and left for another place. Read more
Worst experience ever! I have ordered through the kiosk for a dine in. I have collected the table top and waiting at the table!... After sometime I noticed it?s already 15-20 minutes over but no food arrived yet! I went to the counter to see what was goingon! Lady on the counter said I was calling your number and you didn?t respond! I said what about serving the order at the table,showing my table top! She keep saying something which I didn?t understand! This McDonald's has always been the worst. I mean the quality has gone down and the price up at all McDonald's but this one cant... get your order right and gives terrible service. So I go for a hot fudge sundae and a guy says we're not doing ice cream tonight oh gee thanks didn't know we had certain days to... do ice cream I order a happy meal it's all wrong I asked I asked double fries and I get one fry and apple slices. The I checkher cheese burger thats supposed to be only Ketchup and it has No Ketchup but onions and pickles. We tell the girl who seemslike she doesn't care about the trip or our order being wrong. I guess I should've read the reviews, I go in this McDonald's and ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. The guy behind the... counter was all about changing the receipt paper then even looking at me, after he replaced the paper he walks away from thecounter. When he comes back he took my order, I waited a good 15 minutes for my food. I went to find a table or should I say aclean table there where 2 other customers in the store, one was awake and the other gentleman was sound asleep at a filthytable. I ended up having to clean a table, opened up my bag of food the nuggets were fine but the large fries weren't full atall halfway at best. Sure I could've went back to the counter and complain but I was in a rush. When I was finished eating Icleaned my table again for the next customer. Plus the sleeping gentleman was still fast asleep, I now know where I can go for anap and a meal that's not what it should've been not to mention a nasty eating area. Would I recommend this McDonald's tofamily and friends not a chance. Read more
