After searching for another self-serve like Yogurt Tree, Menchies in East Norriton was the worst possible alternative. Dirty... sticky counters and plastic spoons for toppings scattered everywhere. 3 of the 10 soft serve dispensers had no choice of flavors(out of service) and the remaining 7 spewed a paltry amount of watery flavored liquid. Mobility around the dispensers and thecashiers counter was tight. Bad layout given the dispensers had nothing in them. The cashier had no answers for the lack ofproduct ? no clue when replenishment of frozen yogurt/gelatin flavors were coming or why the place was so filthy. Now here'sthe kicker: Another employee from the back came out not to clean up, but wearing no gloves, put a handful of pink plastictopping spoons in a 16 oz. plastic cup and announced she was going on break. The owner of this dump should have to answer to aMontgomery County health inspector. Folks, avoid Menchies at all costs. Find a DQ, Yum Yum, a landfill, anything! ? yourdigestive system will thank you. Read more

They had very little variety of flavors but they had dole whips. There was no line or anything to really complain about.

First time here, excited they had dairy free vanilla but that was about it?..they were out of toppings and sauces, and the... containers looked like they have not been washed in months ???? Very disturbing and it sucks because I love froyo! Usually I goto one when I visit relatives in Delaware because that?s the one I was introduced to, they have rewards and are nice and cleanbut clearly I was a ways from Delaware and was craving it and well?..this did nothing for my cravings ?? I would give it a 1star but it?s my first time here so I?m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt?please do better! Read more

I've been coming here for 3+ years and it's gone downhill in that time. Today, 5/22/2022, out of 16 slots in 8 machines, 6... didn't have flavor cards, 5 out of the remaining 10 were variations on vanilla, and of the other 5, 2 more were out but hadflavor cards. This isn't an unusual thing either. Many other times I've been here, they've kept the machines on idle, soflavors come out semi-frozen. The staff is nice, and the toppings are usually pretty well stocked, but it's almost like theytake the froyo part for granted. Read more

Came there on Wednesday evening. They had 3 kinds of chocolate, 3 kinds of vanilla, tart, pineapple, and cotton candy. Not much... of a variety to choose from. Almost all flavors were out or ?runny? so only 4 total to pick from. Not a great experience. Ifsupply chain issues are the problem then consider new vendors. Staff seemed very nice and helpful. $12 for froyo that was not upto par. Read more

I am an unapologetic sugar addict, and I was extremely pleased by the selection of toppings and flavours available here: cookie... dough, fruity pebbles, nonpareils, gummi worms...even gigantic gummi frogs...and so much more! I would like to think that I putmost of the candy on my peanut butter flavoured fro-yo. ...and of course you also have the option of getting healthier toppingslike fruit, as my bff opted to do...
