Came in late to meet up with some friends, and despite dropping in at odd hours of the night, our bartender Bella was SUPER... attentive and sociable with us. Horrible service !! Floor is so greasy ! Our waiter was too busy talking to guest at the bar ! We waited 30 minutes for drinks... and the bartender just was hanging ! When we walked in waited almost 5 minutes to be greeted ! Our drinks and food came out sametime while our waiter was talking ! You need a new staff Read more

Our waiter, Gary, was excellent! He was very patient answering several questions that we had when we first got there. He... carefully took our order and made sure that everything was good and that we had whatever we needed. That food was cooked perfectand served right when we were ready for it. We're to start after being seated asked booth to be wiped down was sticky from from soda spilled on seat. Host made a face when... asked to clean. Waitress Bianca, took order and drink order. Drink came with little ice asked for cup of ice never brought Foodcame went to use utensils fork had green stuff stuck on it asked for new one Bianca took another tables order and went intokitchen husband had to get up and get utensils himself. Also want to advice floor was dirty had a lot of food papers ect allaround near by booths. Bianca came by asked how was all showed her salt shaker had rust all over top told her she should removefrom table was gross and unsanitary. Waitress never cleared dishes didn't ask if we wanted dessert just told us check was ready.Place wasn't that busy since it was 5:30. I have had more bad experiences then good here, if possible I recommend driving to the one in Bayshore. One time my steak... actually came out raw! I ended up violently puking in the bathroom. Most recently the waitress was horrible! We were there (atour table) for 2 long hours and something was wrong with everything. The waitress said she couldn't fix it but the manager couldand the manager had an attitude about it. We go out to eat multiple times a week, this place is by far the worst place we havebeen to. Fun for the kids lots of TV sets. Plenty of parking. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Northport and Dix... Hills area. Friendly Staff. Clean facilities.
