The girl at the cashier during my visit had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. I tried to get her name but they were... not wearing name tags. When asked to scan my barcode for my reward in my app she replied that she doesn?t know anything aboutthe app. When I figured it out myself (free guacamole) and scanned, the price did not adjust. She refused to help me and told mejust to pay, which I proceeded to do. We then realized the guacamole was never put in the bag even though we paid for it. Samegirl also refused to give a water cup. I have never met someone so unpleasant in my life to every single customer waiting topay. Go across the street to Fat Boy Burrito where the whole staff is friendly and the food is always good. Workers have atrocious organization skills. Told me to wait 10-15 minutes just to tell me they ran out of food. This is the... fourth time. Completely unacceptable. I gave this place too many chances and I will not be returning. Read more

Yikes, one of the female employees here needs an attitude adjustment, I wish I got her name. I paid for my food, she gave me my... change back and didn't even bother to pass my bag to me, she just left it there by the register and walked away to the back. Andthe chips I received were half fried so they were super hard to chew, had to throw away half the bag. Read more

I really enjoy Chipotle's burrito's. This store is very clean and the staff conduct themselves very professionally. With that... being said, I believe they could do a better job preparing their customers food. The pork (I really enjoy pork) was soggy andappeared pale white in texture. It really did not look appetizing. Then, as the preparer was closing the burrito, it wasexuding a great deal of watery liquid and causing the preparer trouble in properly closing the burrito. NOTE: After arriving atmy domicile, I did find that the extraneous liquid was considerably less and the meal was quite appetizing. One last note: Theserving amounts were a bit less than what is normally served at other Chipotle restaurant's. I gather Chipotle is franchisedand each restaurant is allowed to implement their own concepts. But, this does detract from possibly the overarching Chipotleconcepts. Read more

Horrible experience at this place repeatedly. They expect one order per person. If you decide to order multiple bowls they try... to hasten the process and barely fill the bowl with anything. I had the cashier come to me and tell me ?You are holding up theline? while I was trying to provide instructions for the different bowls. On most occasions the counters are dirty filled withspilled food from previous orders. Have had past instances where the guac was brown and gone bad. This place lacks food quality,has employees that exhibit rude behavior, lack of cleanliness and lack of quantity. The reviews are artificially inflated ongoogle by paid reviewers who give it 5 stars but this place is a dump. Will go across the street to Fat Boy Burrito or to Cabo. Read more
