Ordered delivery. The driver called me saying he was on the block, but having trouble finding the address and asked me to step... outside. I went to the end of my driveway and there were no cars in sight. Waited ten minutes and never saw anybody. I calledback and he said he'd be there shortly. Another ten minutes went by before he showed up. How do you call me, tell me you're "onthe block" (a block which is less than half a mile long AND a dead end) and then take 20 more minutes to show up? Doesn't makeany sense to me. Read more
Charging customers $4.99 dlvy fee that doesn't go to the driver is shameful.
They have good food and decent customer service but they seldom deliver car side carry out on time. And the time to track car... side after ready always stop midway. Last time I was there it stop and it took more than 15 minutes for order to come out afterready and it stopped after 1:31. I just don?t get why they have this system if it is so inaccurate and deceiving. Plus itdoesn?t give you reliable pick up time. Read more
It's chain pizza, you know what you're getting. Great for feeding large groups of hungry kids who aren't picky. The cheesy bread... special is a great late night treat that doesn't break the bank. Read more
The Dominos in East Northport sent a delivery person to our house who walked in on my wife at 10:45 at night without knocking.... When she asked him what he was doing in the house, he lied and said that they saw each other through the window (she was in theback of the house putting a six-year-old to sleep). She kicked him out and called to complain. Later that night, her windshield was smashed with a hammer, and the merchant's receipt for the credit card charge was balled up on the ground next to her car.Dominos corporate told us their security office would call us, and it never did. Corporate and the East Northport franchiserefuse to pay for the windshield. We filed a police report, and are considering a civil suit. Read more
Food is always ok but when you order online and the app says it's ready and you get there and they tell you to wait another 5 to... 10 mins after I placed the order 15 mins ago doesn't make you happy. The only explanation/excuse I got was "maybe something waswrong with the app" I think it's time to go to a different store as I order pretty often. Read more
My god is this pizza good. I?m a local that just moved to the area from South Carolina and boy can I tell you, THIS IS WHAT NEW... YORK PIZZA IS ALL ABOUT. All I had to do was call the number listed and I was greeted by a pleasant voice that took my order. Itwas ready in 10 minutes and everyone at the location were EXTREMELY NICE and asked if I would like garlic sauce on the side. Isaid ? count me in!? As I indulged in my hand tossed pizza when I got home. If I could eat this every night I would. I havenever had pizza better than this. 5/5 Read more
The guys that cook here do not use gloves or mascara. For me this is unhealthy.
