They never get my coffee order right. They are nice but there is a language barrier issue here.. it?s very hard to communicate... with the employees resulting in your order usually being wrong. This isn?t my go to Dunkin but it?s open late so sometimes theonly option. Whenever I get a coffee here though I have to fix it myself when I get home. The store is very clean though andthey always decorate very nice for the different seasons and holidays. Employees are very nice. Read more
I go there every morning at 5am for years. The order is never right. Today was the final straw. Given and drink that has a hole... in it and had to pull over on the northern state to clean up myself and my car. Read more
Extremely rude staff every time. They don?t even greet or acknowledge you. They gave me the wrong 2 donuts. I let her know... and no apologies she just wanted the bag. I said ?okay but I touched these?. She took them back and we watched her put themright back on the shelf. Unacceptable especially in these times. Don?t go here!!! Read more

Pure attitude, mistakes with just about every order. Fix your display the drive thru that is supposed to show the customer the... total due. It's been yrs since it last worked. If you don't feel like working, then don't work. Read more
I'm going to change my review I used to love this store .... not anymore the lady from the drive thru was ride unpolite and... doesn't know how to take care of customers I was there some time between 530 to 6 pm I asked for a small and medium icedcaramel late with SKIM MILK they give me instead a cup of ice with half and half and caramel I have over 5 years taking a lattesame way and difference between half & half and skim milk Read more
I always come through the drive-thru on Fridays around 6am, never have a problem. Today, Sunday around noon, I get a ripped box... for the dozen donuts (no sticker whatsoever on the flap) and the box of hot chocolate dirty from the cap area. TWICE for the boxof hot chocolate.
