This place won't be around long. 1st visit great cheese steak, worthy of returning. Return visit arrived at 8:40 says open until... 9pm. it was locked up tight & closed. Returned once again on 10/29/22 - I was told they had no bread, they were out. Imagine asandwich shop that bakes their own bread & ran out ? They offer regular, wheat, & gluten free, they had NONE. Returned today11/23 at 1:15 after waiting my turn in line, I ordered a large Philly on a wheat hero, was told they have no wheat they are out.I walked out. On my way out a condescending male teenager laughing, barked "have a nice day sir" This place & their clueless,obnoxious children that work there are a disgrace & the owner should be made aware of what's going on. Not only are they lackingcustomer service, but manners as well. Don't waste your time or money here, unless you like being disappointed EVERYTIME you go!! The only thing that's consistent here are terrible, rude, employees, managers included & running out of bread & suppliesrequired to make a simple sandwich. Three strikes in 3 months, your out. You have now proven it was no mistake, or a one timeissue & have earned this review. I Won't be returning. Good luck to: "Mr. Walsh & Ms. Daly" who obviously can't see the forestfrom the trees. I love Jersey Mike's, I've been to this location a number of times and it seems that half the time I order from here even if... it's something simple - it's incorrect. And on top of that the person who I assume is the manager for a number of reasons isvery rude, and has openly blamed customers - myself included for mistakes in orders. Very poor service and I'm inclined to drivefurther to a different location because of these things. Read more

I would give 5 stars for the taste of the sandwiches but unfortunately not for the Hygiene which seems to take place across the... chain (at least in two locations ive visited in Commack). The staff although extremely pleasant prepares sandwiches with theirhands using the same gloves that they handle money with and also use the register with as well as cleanup between sandwiches. I cannot understand why gloves are not replaced between sandwiches and/or limiting a cashiers duty to just cashier rather thandressing sandwiches with their hands and then proceeding to handle money etc. Has anyone thought about Tongs for the dressingsor changing gloves if there are double duties? Corporate you listening? Update 7/14/22: East Northport 2 out of 3 workingswapped gloves except the blonde girl at the register handling cash/coins for 2 transactions and dressing multiple sandwiches aswell as using the grill. 1st the good I ordered the regular portabello cheesecake hero, With extra steak and extra portobello. The extra wasn't needed... the portion was extremely generous. Unfortunately that's where the good ends. I took my first bite and the whole sandwich fellapart. It seemed to have been put together with no care or skill at all. The cheese had a very processed and unnatural taste toit. The "steak" was the worst of all, it was cooked about an hour past extra well done, making it devoid of all moisture andflavor. It had the texture and taste of 2 year old beef jerky, not appealing at all. My hero was soaking g wet and fell apartand my "steak" was so dry I couldn't even finish eating it. What a waste of $18. I figured I'd give the place a try because itwas new, I surely won't be going back. I work in the foodservice industry, I highly urge people not to go here, verydisappointing. Read more

I ordered on the app at 12:15 for an order to be delivered curbside at 12:30. I understand that lunchtime is likely their... busiest time, so I gave them extra leeway. (The app accepted the order.) I arrived at 12:40 and indicated on the app that I waswaiting outside. At 12:50 I went inside the store, and they had not even started to make the sandwiches I ordered. I asked aboutthis and of course was told "we're busy, sorry". Duh! I've eaten-in as well as taken-out at many Jersey Mike's locations before,but the attitude of this store was an unusually poor one. The folks who were there were very polite and courteous. This was my first Jersey Mike's and it was awesome!!!! I got the Big... Kahuna Jumbo. It's like 3 or 4 meals in one for me. Prices are reasonable for what you are getting. I'm glad I stopped by. Greatjob. Tommy Read more

The store was very clean and tidy, so that?s a plus. However, the sandwich making was very subpar. I?ve eaten at other Jersey... Mike?s locations, so I thought I knew what to expect. Staff was very quiet, lots of mumbling. Most of them looked miserable andbarely made eye contact. Asked for my sandwich to be ?Mike?s Way?. The employee drenched it with about 10 heavy shakes of thevinegar followed by the oil, so the sandwich was a slippery soggy mess. The next employee attempted to cut it in half whichresulted in a slice about 3/4 down one edge of the sandwich. The boy who rang me up was very pleasant and friendly. When I gothome the sandwich was falling apart due to the excessive amount of oil/vinegar. Looked like someone dunked it in water. Iunderstand that this place just opened, so I will definitely give it another chance. Just wanted to give some feedback that theycan work with to make it a better experience for customers. Read more

I was looking forward to this location for a while now, and I went to the store on Wednesday as soon as it opened! I had a great... sandwich and I think the workers name was Ryan who made it. He was excellent and respectful! Props to everyone there for makingthe atmosphere inviting and welcoming! I will definitely be coming back. Read more
