So low stars because this is the second time this has happened so much for a full Baggett On the family value menu
Reliable somewhat better than usual fast food fare. Nothing exciting but they do at least mix it up on a seasonal basis with... specials. I avoid the half and half meal deals because it always looked like the smaller "half" especially the sandwiches justdownright mean in portion size and fillings. Shame because they allowed you to change it up a bit within a single sitting.Deducted a star for that. Flavored green teas still a bit sugary but likely better than the usual soda options. Staff areclearly bored out of their minds and it shows in the customer service interactions. We come here maybe every couple of months,if the menu was a little more diverse and updated, obviously keeping the "signature" dishes, then would be more often. If Icould give 3 1/2 stars I would. Food was good. Ordered the new Thai chicken soup which is very tasty And a bowl of 10 vegetable soup and it came to $17 change..... So not worth it. Then they automatically ask for a tip And they do absolutely nothing but hand you your food.. You have to takeit yourself to the table and then clean the table also.. It's hard for me not to like a Panera, I'll admit. It's my office with a kitchen away from home. This one is especially good.... It's small, intimate. But it's neat as a pin, the staff is efficient and friendly. And it's got everything its larger sisterstores has - express, iPad ordering, etc. Loved the fresh juices and fruit on ice by the cash registers! Nothing missing fromthe offerings - including the bakery. And I like how they are dialed into helping a local cause - LI Harvest. Obviously, this isa very well run Panera. Always love going to Panera bread. Food it great. Service takes about 5 minute to get the food ready. My only issue is the... price. I can't go eat there all the time simply because I end up spending almost 20 dollars for a pick 2 combo a drink and acookie. But I guess that's what comes with non GMO, artificial ingredients etc.. Ordered the u-pick 2 BBQ Chicken salad and soup. Almost every other leaf is rotten. Spoke to Manager Micheal who said there?s... nothing they can do about the salads being rotten even though they?re aware that the quality is bad. So I asked him, knowingthis you still serve ppl rotten salad leaves. This location is falling apart. Not the first time . Strike 2 - not coming backhere. Read more
