Really not a fan of this place, gonna start going to the one in Greenlawn exclusively. The sandwiches that come out of this... location are always skimpy compared to other Subways. Even when you add extras with the app, it never comes with extra. Everyother subway I've ordered extra at honestly stuffs it. I also had an issue with the app and had to redo my order, which made meforget to change the bread on my sandwich. I called immediately, and several times, and the guy never answered. When I gotthere to pick it up, he was just sitting down doing nothing, which means he could have answered my calls. I really recommend youmake the extra 5 minute trip to the Greenlawn location. Subways have all been struggling since their overexpansion in the 90's,you'd think this place would have that in their mind. Read more

Went in at 8 pm tonight with my two sons. The guy was very rude. I mean very rude. There was a woman and a baby with him behind... the counter hiding. He was trying to rush us and didn?t want to explain the new sandwiches or give us the fresh mozzarella thatthey now offer. He kept pushing the shredded mozzarella. We asked him to toast the breads and all he did was melt the cheese.Every time the next sandwich was to be made his exact words were ?come on man next, what do you want?? I don?t like to be rushedand there wasn?t another customer in the place. If it?s having him there I know why! Soon as we paid and went outside he went toget the baby and came into the front of the store playing with it. Seemed to me he just wanted the time to play with the babyinstead of taking care of customers. Not very professional and I won?t waste my time or money going there again. I know why this place is ALWAYS empty now. HORRIBLE customer service, server was on his phone on a headset the entire time he... prepared our meal. The worker was more worried about talking on his phone and with his kid then customer service. He was sitting in the customer... area then went behind the food bar didnt wash his hands but put on gloves. That would of been ok with me had he not picked uphis phone with those gloved hands then proceded to make my sandwich. Thats when i walked out. Read more
Nasty customer service! Just got 2 sub sandwiches from here and when I switched from a kids meal (because my son requested a... bigger sandwich) to a 6 inch sub, I was given so much attitude! I tried to order two American Club sandwiches in the store after reviewing the menu online. The website menu lists options for... the sub to be toasted or not. At the store the counter person absolutely refused to sell me the subs unless they were toasted. Complete f___ing waste of time. Read more
