This place needs a complete reevaluation by the management staff. To start I waited almost 10 minutes for my two smoothies this... morning. The young boy that made my smoothie did not make it right, which caused me to have to wait another three minutes tohave it remade. When I got to my car and my daughter and I tasted our smoothies, we were literally crunching on the ice as wetook a sip. needless to say, I am very disappointed and will not be returning back to this establishment. After new ownership, the smoothies and food are different. Everytime I?ve been in there recently, something was wrong with my... order. I am usually not picky with anything but it?s to the point where I?ve decided to stop visiting this location after today.I had ordered a smoothie online and picked it up EXACTLY 6 minutes after it was ordered and it was luke warm and was sittingout, not in a fridge (which they had in the past). I placed an order through the Tropical smoothie app for a Baja wrap. I called the store directly to make sure my order was... correct and asked for the wrap to be turned into a bowl instead. I was assured it was not a problem and asked that both saucesrequested (pineapple salsa, extra jerk sauce) be placed on the side and not forgotten, they confirmed everything was fine. Ireceived my order the bowl was all lettuce, 2 pickled red onions in the entire bow along with 2 pieces of chicken. I called andspoke with Destiny, who was not polite or pleasant to speak with at all. Destiny confirmed they ran out of the pineapple salsaand had no idea why I only received 2 pieces of chicken and no jerk sauce. I'm at work on lunch break, I cannot leave to have mylunch replaced. I asked if they can send someone to replace it, I was told I can come in for a replacement myself. I asked for amanager several times and Destiny stated they were really busy and no managers were available and the manager will say the samething she just said. I asked for a refund and Destiny stated they have to figure out what to do because it's not through them?Again I asked for a manager she asked why and I informed her it's because of her disgusting, rude attitude, everything else Iwas willing to be patient while they figured out, I was hung up on after that. IF YOUR EMPLOYEE, DESTINY, IS NOT HAPPY WITH HERJOB SHE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER ONE. I've never had this happen to me at this location. She should in no way represent yourcompany ever!!!! Read more
