Zaza Japan. Hearing about this place all over TikTok really made me want to come and see what this place was all about.... Unfortunately I was slightly disappointed because of the price I was charged $48 for a simple meal with not enough portion.They’re portions are really small and honestly it makes me mad because I am paying so much. they added 18% gratitudeautomatically without even asking. personally I like to tip as I would like to do and not have the restaurant tip for me.Overall, I say it is an experience, but it is a hit or miss come here at your own will. The restaurant is clean & peaceful. The decorations is on point. Service is very good but not happy with the food. After you... order, you will get your food in few minutes. We waited 45+ mins for them to start hibachi. The food was bit salty. Regular dine in was much much better than hibachi.

A halal hibachi place in New York. Best believe we will be back. Not only was it halal but it was great food for a great price.... The steak was cooked exactly how we wanted it to be, and the drinks were all great (virgin drinks). The mango drink we hadtasted like a mango shaved icy of sorts and we were just as impressed by the lemonades. This was over an hour of a drive and weloved every bit of it. The staff was very accommodating and the hibachi was an experience in itself. Glad to have taken thefamily here, it was a great experience and great food for a good price. If I were to suggest anything, I would say thatcleaning should not take place of the hibachi grill while people are still eating on the table. But it was almost closing timeand the staff was accommodating. I wish I had an opportunity to take more pictures as the place is absolutely beautiful. Read more

Would have rated higher if not for the disorganized and poor experience with getting a hibachi table. Our two little nieces... fasted all day for Ramadan and my wife and I promised to take them to hibachi for the first time as a reward. We called ahead inthe morning asking if we could reserve a spot at their hibachi for 7:15pm with plans to break our fast at 7:30pm. They said itwould be no problem and we made sure to come on time at 7:10pm. However, when we arrived they said there was no hibachi tableavailable and we needed to wait behind others until something opened. Initially they said 15 minutes wait and they would seat usafter the people ahead, but 15 minutes later another man came and said it would be a much longer wait for the hibachi. Havingfasted the entire day, with two very hungry children and needing to break fast at the correct time, we didn’t have a choiceand needed to take a normal table and skip the hibachi. The kids were very disappointed and kept trying to look over at thehibachi side and we felt quite bad. I understand if they are busy, but it is very poor service to promise a reservation or aseat at a specific time and then not deliver on it. Beyond that food was average, asked medium but go well done. The kids werevery let down. We didn’t even get an apology or explanation for why this mixup happened as the woman at the front was rude todeal with even though we called, and arrived on time. Read more

Good Japanese Restaurant covering Hibachi and Sushi styles with a small bar. Hibachi show was pretty standard but the food was... done well. Sushi is fresh and tasteful. Drinks are interesting and virgin options are offered. Rock Shrimp Appetizer and LobsterHibachi are really good. Read more
