Chicken was cool but dude we ordered a 15 piece combo and they literally told me that this small box of fries and box of 15... wings is for 2 ppl. ???? what normal person is eating 8 wings each? Why give fries for 1 person 1/2? Their customer service wassubpar in terms of trying to rectify the situation, and was literally told ?that?s just how we serve it?. Moral to this story..save your money, you get more respect and bank for your buck at the chicken shack. Read more
ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! The customer service at this location is the WORST by far. I literally had to wait 30 minutes for ONE... ITEM of the menu and has the nerve to serve other people who come after me! The lady at the register has a DISGUSTING ATTITUDEtowards their customers. Literally tossed the food at several customers I seen how the poor customers have to keep their headdown scared to say anything. Food was nasty! I ordered the 3 piece fish and instead of them giving me 3 whole pieces of fish they cut the fish in half making... it look like 1 piece of fish was sliced into 3 pieces. Don?t even waste your time.. inflation or not I rather pay more for goodfood then pay the same price for skimpy old fish!! Read more
You should be honest and ADVERTISE your prices right. The menu prices are wrong online and when you go to the store the prices... are like 5 times higher. This has been going on for over 6 months! I just happened to drive past this place late this afternoon, and I couldn't get the idea of fried chicken out of my mind. So I... tamped down my self control and ordered the chicken delivered for my dinner. The outside was very crispy, but when I tore apiece off to examine the inside, all I could see was beautiful moist meat. Eating it was completely (guiltily) pleasurablywonderful! I know fried food isn't great for my body, but being this happy after a meal must be good for me in other ways! Read more
I only eat the chicken wings. They have the best wings. Their desserts are pretty good. They have a small variety. I had the red... velvet cheesecake. I had to go back the next day and purchase more wings and cheesecake for my family after they tasted mines.They have several locations. Read more
