Never put your trust in them for Thanksgiving, you'll be heavily disappointed ???? 10/13/2022 They're still slow as Hell, they... have slow people working the back who can barely walk around ????. They gave the wrong order, but realized it as I stayed therelooking at them. The take one order at a time, and one customer at a time. They work on one order at a time ?? UGH !!!! All ofthe voices in my head were screaming simultaneously. ???? I figured I tried to give them another chance, And again they proveto have the most unappetizing food presentation I've seen. I literally paid $12 for this Which is supposed to consist of a 12piece will tissue nugget with a side of masturbators and gravy with a Coke. This was the meal. Read more

I normally came here alot when the women use to serve the food now it seem to have change. There's guys and let me tell you... highly upset. They do not give you the sides you ask for at that drive through and me not checking thinking my bag is goodalways get home and be mad. It happened twice ???????. The food was disgusting! I never thought I'd feel such a way for Boston Market bit the food isn't getting any better. In... addition to that, the customer service is horrendous and my overall experience was a very poor one! I received good customer service from Zahyana& Emman. The nite crew is awesome. What stood out for me is everyone greeted me... like I was VIP. I got the BBQ chicken cream spinach and sweet potato. The meal was delicious. I will be back. This is the firsttime, I ever wrote a good review like this. It's the teamwork for me. Thank you nite crew. Keep up the good work. Back in the day Boston Market had some of the best Caesar Salads. Thank God I used a coupon today because I would've been... extremely upset. I stopped eating here a while ago because the food is always cold and the portions of food got smaller andsmaller while the prices kept going up ????. I said to myself how can they mess up a salad? Ohh man was I wrong. I got achicken Caesar salad. It had very little chicken and you have to beg for Caesar dressing. Smfh. Lost Cause. My advice. Stayaway from East Orange, NJ Boston market.
