I hate using the word ghetto but this is the very last location I would ever bother visiting if I were you. The others are way... better. Waitress/phone person seems to give you what she wants, not what you ask for. And these ribs were dry unlike at otherlocations. This isn't a bad chain unless you patronize this location first. The food is always very fresh and flavorful. I go here about once every 2 months to dine in with my sister. You get great value... (even with the rising prices) and we're never disappointed. We usually dine in and there's always plenty for 2 extra meals fromthe left overs. Service is always friendly. Be sure to always double check your bill though because they don't give itemizedreceipts and my last visit they randomly over charged my card 10 bucks extra for no reason. The food is delicious 100%, but the AC in the restaurant is not working, this made it terrible to eat there! They need to fix... that! It?s 100 degrees outside! Also the waitress was texting while we were waiting for the check to come, very unprofessional!Put your phones away!!! Read more

I have purchased from this location several times but this was definitely the last time.As you see from the pics not the most... appealing to the eye. This was supposed a whole chicken with garlic sauce ???? and vegetables. Instead I got tweety bird andfriends and a head of cabbage. When I called to speak with the manager the very rude lady told me I didn't understand that was awhole chicken, needless to say we agreed to disagree and when my daughter went back to return the food she told her not to orderfrom there anymore...Hontey don't worry we won't. Love this place. Food is always great, staff is always quick and helpful. Wish I lived closer.
