This is the second and last time I will go to this particular KFC. We did the drive-tru and it was aweful. The cashier did not... look like she wanted to be there. The order was wrong, the bone bird meat was over fried and the fries was more salt than fries. Read more

The mashed potatoes and gravy is good, the biscuits are well done. The french fries are very good and the chicken is excellent.... The flavor of the chicken is excellent. I wish they have orange Hawaiian punch and grape Hawaiian punch in the soda fountain. Read more
I go here often, however the drive thru system's speakers are obviously messed up as my order is always "misheard". Other than... that, I have no problems. They seem to need some kind of system upgrade. Read more
I eat there often the reason why I took away one point is because my husband seen them not wear gloves one time so that kind of... removes a star for them but I still eat there despise that fact. Read more
Remember, this review is based solely on my experience. I had the mashed potato bowl. It was ok, I didn't expect any WOW... moments. It could have had a few more nuggets of chicken. Not worth my $8.99 have not been to a Kentucky for over 5 plus years and now this will make me really no go anymore.the chicken... pieces getting smaller... Popeyes for me now ..staff onsite was a hit slow and not helpful woth my request but now I know notanymore.sorry.. Followup: the chicken was very dry like it was sitting on the counter for a while. I actually used the Quick Pickup feature to order my food. There wasn't anything quick about the Pickup! It gives you a time it... should be ready. I went inside 3 minutes after the time they said it would be ready and there wasn't anything on the shelves. SoI asked about my order. The lady said that I needed to wait and took a man's order in line and made his order. Basically, it'squicker to go in side or drive through and just order your food because the online orders are not priority. Read more
